The aglio olio was not good. The taste was missing and far from its typical profile.
Just another overpriced establishment in Aperia Mall. I really have no idea how food prices in this mall can be so expensive… Working in this mall with a peanut salary isn't easy if you don't go to CT Hub or the MRT area for food 🤣 I had to eat my own bread again after coming back to the office because the portion was too small.

I had the Pomodoro farfalle with sous vide egg and duck breast. I had this twice, and my verdict remains. It's a bit expensive, and it's not great either, because the flavour is lacking. They charge 50 cents for chili padi, which I found quite amusing.

Waiting time is way too long during lunch hour. I ordered at 1:14 PM and only got my food at 1:40 PM. There was only one staff member cooking one pasta at a time, while the other was just standing around waiting to pack orders. The taste is not bad, but it could do with more bacon. I was eating mostly plain pasta with sauce... Tangled, another similar pasta concept, is definitely better.

Got the carbonara ($7.90) with the smoked duck add-on ($2). I had been looking forward to it, but was somewhat disappointed. :(
The ordering system is pretty flawless in that you can customize the type of pasta you want and any add-ons seamlessly. You get your queue number, and that's it.
The amount of smoked duck was really sad and small! For $2, I expected more meat and less skin. 🥲 The taste of the pasta was pretty average. The sauce had this watery yet thick consistency (not sure how to describe, but you can see the video).

I ordered Aglio Olio with truffle oil, sous-vide chicken breast and egg for $11.70.
It was a little too spicy and greasy for my liking. The portion was a little too small as well. It would be great if they included the option to upsize.

Clean, but very bare. No tissues or serviettes provided. Ordered mushroom carbonara with a sous vide egg; the portion was decent for lunch, but the price was on the high side at $9.10, and the taste was meh. It was a tad too salty for my liking; perhaps it was the cheese or too much sea salt added to the sauce. I might give this place another try with their bolognese. Come early (11:50 AM - 12:20 PM), otherwise seats fill up quickly.

The food was mid and not worth it. BEWARE: don't spend $2 to upsize; it's literally the same size (see photo for comparison). Service is irrelevant, as it's a self-service kiosk. The mall's air conditioning is bad, so that's not on them.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing pasta experiences I’ve had. While the ordering process was simple and convenient, and the self-help counter allowed you to choose your sauce base, pasta type, and add-ons, the meal itself didn’t deliver.
The sauce base lacked flavor and depth, which really let the whole dish down. Overall, the taste was mediocre at best, and that’s being generous.
This experience has left me with little reason to return.

They registered for Grab Food Deals, which offered '15% off + 50% off'. I made a trip down during lunch to redeem the offer, only to be met with a rude staff member who claimed they had added their own terms—only redeemable after 2PM. When I pointed out that neither their website nor the Grab app mentioned this restriction and both clearly stated it was an all-day deal, she dismissively said 'no' and rolled her eyes. Extremely dishonest business—taking advantage of free exposure while treating customers poorly. How do they expect to gain loyal customers with such an attitude?

Overall, the pastas were quite average. The portions of added ingredients like white button mushrooms, chicken breast, and shrimp could have been more generous.
However, I liked the ordering system, where you get to customize your meal by selecting the base, pasta, and add-ons. It was pretty straightforward.

Ordered a large tray of aglio olio for an event, and it was a great accompaniment to our other food. Tasty and not too oily. It was super easy to liaise with Ben as well. Thanks guys! Will order again for future events! ☺️

Tried it for the first time. It's not bad for the price. The tomato cream was quite tasty, and the portion was sufficient. Will try the other flavours given its reasonable price and the convenience of ordering.

Located on the first floor, this easily noticeable spot provides dedicated seating. Order and pay through their kiosks, and wait for your queue number to be called. While the pasta is delectable, serving it on a paper plate might not be everyone's favorite. Nonetheless, it's a quick and tasty meal option in the vicinity!

I love Little Ribbons. In fact, I love the food here so much that I made a special catering order for my school camp, and the food was well enjoyed! Despite the bulk order, quality was not compromised. The owner was also very friendly, and the ordering and delivery service was smooth. Thank you, Little Ribbons!

After passing by so many times, I decided to give this pasta eatery a try. I thought there was a new flavour with a promotion, but decided to stick to the basic one to test its taste.
The carbonara flavour was not bad, but it was without many ingredients 😋
