Visited during lunch. Service was quick, but the portion was pathetic. Is this due to a shortage of fries? I upsized my meal, but ended up getting medium fries? Some fries were hard, and some were soggy. I felt scammed. My colleagues got slightly more fries than me, but definitely not large! 20th May

"Amazing" outlet with 6 kiosks and a seating capacity of close to 40 pax. Only 3 staff were seen working on a Wednesday evening during dinner peak hour. By the way, this outlet closes at 8 PM on weekdays. What's happening?? Highly short-handed, and staff looked exhausted. No service, nothing. Extremely long wait for orders. Extremely long, no joke. McDonald's HQ is upstairs, right?

Weird that they don't automatically give chili sauce now. You have to ask for it. They also only give a stingy 2 packets, but I bought 2 meals... Don't you know 1 packet is not enough for 1 person? For the fries, the burger, etc. Imagine I didn't ask because I thought they would automatically give it... I'd end up with no chili, just food.

Cold and dry. Service was fast during the lunch crowd. Even though I got my food within 10 minutes of ordering, I was shocked that the food was really dry and over-fried. Both fries and nuggets were dry and hard to chew. And the fries were too salty. See photos.

The staff working here are very friendly! The entire McDs outlet is super clean and tidy. Chairs and tables are all in order. It makes me happy to see how clean and tidy this branch is. Nice background music too. One of the better outlets I've been to in Singapore.

The place was clean and spacious, so spacious that I think more tables can be added. Food was served to the table as I ordered from the kiosk and selected table service! Happy to have tried the Criss-Cut Fries! Please bring back the Angus burger, though, and make it permanent on the menu!

I'm sharing McDonald's latest special item, the Coconut Twirl Cone, a fusion food inspired by Singapore's National Day 2024. It is a dessert that is exquisitely simple, yet its aftertaste is sweet, wonderful, and homely (especially considering its affordable price of $1.20). The balanced ratio of coconut to vanilla ice cream base makes it hit the right spot with a smooth, velvety texture. It is neither too rich nor too sweet. Coupled with its refreshing chill, it is just perfect compensation for warm summer afternoons.

I accidentally dropped my wallet while having afternoon tea at this McDonald’s and didn’t realize it until much later. Needless to say, I was anxious and panicked. To my surprise, the staff had already picked it up and even called me to let me know they found it. By the time I rushed back, it was already after their work hours, but an auntie and an uncle were still waiting for me. The auntie carefully verified my name and handed the wallet back. They refused to accept any tip and simply told me to double-check everything was intact; every card and bit of cash was still there. They didn’t even tell me their names, but I want to leave this review to express my deepest thanks. The team at this branch is incredibly kind, honest, and caring. It’s not just about the food here; it’s about the people. I highly recommend visiting this McDonald’s, and please don’t be careless like I was!
