RedDoorz Singapore Office at Aperia represents the regional headquarters of Southeast Asia's largest and fastest-growing, technology-driven hospitality brand that has revolutionized budget accommodation across the region since establishing its Singapore base in 2017. Located within Aperia's modern commercial environment, this corporate office serves as the nerve center for RedDoorz's extensive network of 4,500 properties spanning Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam, managing comprehensive hotel operations through advanced digital infrastructure and innovative hospitality solutions.
The Singapore office coordinates RedDoorz's comprehensive service ecosystem including hotel management, staff training programs, digital platform development, and technology solutions that help partner hotels manage distribution, pricing, marketing, and customer experience. Operating three distinct property categories—RedDoorz, RedDoorz Plus, and RedDoorz Premium—the company provides standardized amenities including free wireless internet, satellite TV, and online booking capabilities while delivering training in customer service, cleaning techniques, and proprietary technology systems to maintain consistent quality standards.
Headquartered at 151 Chin Swee Road with operations support from the Aperia location, RedDoorz's Singapore office ensures seamless coordination of services across Southeast Asia's diverse hospitality markets. The strategic positioning within Singapore's business district enables effective management of the company's mission to transform budget accommodation through technology innovation, serving millions of travelers while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and operational excellence across the regional network.
Numbers given are very misleading. Calling the Singapore office ended up being transferred to either Indonesia or Vietnam most of the time. Information given is not clear, and when asked to repeat, I was scolded, and they hung up the phone before I could finish telling them my situation. Is it that hard to make a phone call nowadays?

Poorly trained staff, both local and overseas. Rundown, unhygienic properties, and badly maintained hotels. This is the only brand that hides behind rules and policies. Property staff (not Reddoorz staff) will tell you it's a Reddoorz policy as a reason, and when you check with Reddoorz on the same issue, they will bounce you back, stating it is the property owner's policy. Basically, this means that as a guest, if you have problems, you cannot expect the issue to be solved.
Personally, as a guest, I was threatened to be blacklisted by Reddoorz staff for trying to escalate a complaint to their HQ, despite being a frequent customer. Devoid of consumer advocacy, this is clearly a signal that they do not have any sincere care for guests, their well-being, nor their safety. Both the properties and Reddoorz only talk about money, ask guests to pay, and ignore you when there are service shortfalls. That basically ended my patronage, and I seriously advise against supporting this brand. They call themselves a hotel chain, but in their T&Cs, they disclaim, stating they are just agents and will not be responsible for any incidents on-site. This opens the big question: are they covered under your travel insurance? As travelers, we all know the delays it can cause when 'gray' areas like this arise. You might be better off not risking the roof over your head when traveling, and going with a real hotel chain.
Lack of pricing and advertisement ethics. Never use their 'buy 2 nights and get 1 free' offer; you will find that it is more flexible for travelers to book day by day. The price difference is marginal and offers no incentive. Pretty much, it is more of a bait than a great deal at all.
**Buyers, Beware:** Always check the true value for money by removing the promo codes and RedCash discount at the booking page to see the change and difference in pricing, and to determine if it is worth your while before payment.
Unable to fulfill service guarantees despite clearly stating it as a selling point. Rooms are provided without TVs, even when it is a guaranteed service. Their loyalty system is deceptive: why have RedCash when it can never be used to offset payments or exchanged for free nights? Do not register as a member with RedDoorz and risk your personal info in another database. Just wait for the 25% discount promo codes (which are frequently available) and use them, if you must. Forget about the RedCash, and save your money by not joining RedClub. There are not many incentives anyway. Maximum promo codes are usually capped at 25% anyway.

I checked into your hotel on May 29th. The next day, upon checking out, I left behind a pair of sandals. I called your hotel an hour later, but your staff claimed that housekeeping had not seen any sandals.
I again checked into your premises on May 30th. Upon asking your front desk about my sandals, I was told that a housekeeper claimed I had thrown the sandals into the bin, and therefore she threw them away. I am very certain I would not throw my pair of branded sandals in the bin. I am totally disappointed that I am being accused of things I have not done. Furthermore, your housekeeper is trying to push the blame.
Another issue occurred on June 4th. Your front desk personnel asked me whether I needed my room made up, since there would not be any housekeeper after 3 PM. I obliged, and after the room was made up, I realized your so-called 'make-up room' service only involved replenishing mineral water and bath towels. The bed was untouched.
I am totally devastated by my experience during my stay at your hotel. I chose this place because it was highly recommended, but I guess it should be reviewed again.

Looks great. Small, but there's a certain charm indeed. It was converted from a small theatre to a hotel. Staff are helpful and very nice.
I will definitely be here again when visiting Singapore.

I stayed at RedDoorz @ Josefa Subdivision, Angeles City, in the Philippines from 19.01.2020 to 22.01.2020.
All staff were pretty good and helpful!
On the morning of the 21st, I wanted to change my room, which was on the 2nd floor.
There were one guy and two ladies who helped me carry my baggage.
It was a big help for me.
I just want to get their names and any contact numbers so I can contact them.
Hoping for a kind reply to my request.
Thank you very much.
Hope to stay there again.

Got mine for about 7 USD per night. Not bad for that rate. It's clean; most guests were South Asian, so the smell was there.
