Pricey, but that's normal for cold storage; it could do better by making itself more differentiated, like Whole Foods or Costco.

I saw this ice cream was on sale, so I grabbed some. As I was going to make payment, the store manager, Ellen, stopped me. She said they had put the wrong price and could not sell it, otherwise they would lose money. What kind of supermarket puts the price so big there, only to say it's the wrong price and not sell it when people want to buy?

Had the most horrible experience here. I've been in Singapore for 8 years and have never faced this kind of racial profiling. I was at self-checkout, as I do almost every day, when one item showed a scanning error. Before I could rescan, the lady, June, started making a "whoosh-pheesh-oye" whistle sound to call me like I'm a dog. She started saying something, and when I didn't understand, she came over and immediately blamed me for keeping an unscanned item — which I had placed just below the scanner because she had interrupted me in the first place, and I had to put it down to talk to her. Then she started scanning other already-scanned items and telling me that I was not checking my scanning properly and that my wife was blindly keeping unscanned items. If you want to audit, please wait until checkout, and then you can check. But challenging me in the middle of the process just because I'm a certain race? I am never, ever going to this place unless this lady, June, is transferred out. These kinds of people are tarnishing the image of Cold Storage and Singapore in general, where people are generally really nice, and I've never faced any such issue. I had to abandon my purchase because of this incident and walk out. She never apologized for her behavior and very proudly said that we were free to walk out. This is the first time in my life I've experienced this kind of racist and rude staff in over 20 countries where I've used self-checkout.

I go to **Cold Storage** specifically to get fresher produce than NTUC, and yet I’ve repeatedly gotten rotten fruits. This time, it’s the peaches, as shown in the photo attached. They were like this the day I bought them and were not on discount or anything.

The Malaysian woman manager at this outlet has horrible service! What is Cold Storage doing?! Her very low standards and bad attitude meant I had a terrible experience shopping here. The outlet is also very small. Can Cold Storage remove her and hire someone with better service?

Terrible customer experience. About three months ago at Aperia Cold Storage, I've noticed that some of the floor tiles along where customers walk were covered up with cardboard and tape. It was confirmed by the staff that those tiles had cracked (reasons unknown). Fine. Guess what? It's still being covered up even now, three months later. Every time anyone walks over it, it creates EXTREMELY deafening, high-pitched, SHARP scratching sounds between the broken tile pieces. Every single customer has endured this for at least two to three months (maybe longer). That's not the end. Throughout the last one to two months, OTHER tiles have also cracked and are being covered up by cardboard. It now looks like at least 30 of them have cracked. I've only seen one or two of them being fixed so far. Cold Storage, it takes you three months to replace only a couple of tiles?? Are you trying to cut operating costs? So laughable. Now I'm completely avoiding the Cold Storage at Aperia Mall as I don't want to become DEAF. Even after 15 minutes of leaving the place, I can still feel the pain in my ear. Terrible, terrible experience. Cold Storage, do your JOB, please.

You can get great stuff here: food, deli, etc. Managed to snatch this last pack off the shelves today.

Great produce, lots of variety, a big store, and it seems very upscale. Prices were not the lowest we've seen, but the variety is worth it.

This is a place for most Western items if that's what you're looking for. I gave it 4* - the price point is high.

It was okay. The entrance and exit were pretty small, with only two door widths for the exit after purchase. Fresh produce was stocked up well, even though there seemed to be no crowd on the weekend. It's not a very big outlet, but it was well organized. There were 3 self-service checkouts and a few cashier counters.

This place has a pretty solid selection, though items requiring cold storage are always pricier. However, I was shocked at their oat milk selection; it's almost non-existent. I like that they sometimes have discounts in trolleys. Self-checkout counters also make it much easier and faster. Plastic bags are significantly smaller, and there are usually only 1-2 staffed checkout counters open.

I was here to visit the Thai supermarket. Imagine my surprise when I found Cold Storage also here, so I decided to head in for a quick look. The store was decorated for Halloween, albeit sparsely. Disappointing. Like other Cold Storage outlets, it was pricey, but offered a vast and interesting selection, good customer service, and good quality fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat.

A good supermarket with quite a good selection of plant-based products, making it an ideal place to shop for vegans/vegetarians.

Not a very big Cold Storage supermarket. The groceries were displayed nicely. The supermarket was bright and tidy. The atmosphere was comfortable. They sell fresh food bento sets if you want to grab one for a meal.

Visited on Christmas Eve afternoon. It wasn't very crowded. There appears to be a counter of roast meats and rice boxes on sale. Update: a convenient place to shop without excessive crowds.
