Still my favourite Kopi. Smooth and thick… 👍 This place **is less crowded** and **has a** bigger space for bigger **groups** of people.

It's a fine kaya toast franchise in Singapore. They have good crackers as well.

Still a very good breakfast place for kaya toast. I ordered milk tea, but they gave me coffee. It tasted okay. The only thing that wasn't good was the presence of too many cockroaches everywhere. If you think my review is useful, please give me a like.

One of my favourite Yakun stalls, as it is big enough, easy to find a seat, and can also cater to bigger groups. Aperia Mall offers 3 hours of free parking on weekends and PH, so I always chill out here with my family on weekends. We can sit for a long time and chit-chat, without worrying about others waiting for seats. After that, we can do some grocery shopping at Cold Storage before heading home.

Drinks are bad, bread is like dry leather. Malaysian woman at cashier is very rude—what’s so good about this branch? Will never visit this branch again.

Yummy local breakfast. So simple: toast, butter, runny egg, pepper, soy, and jam, yet so yummy! Good price too! Coffee pairs well.

Just like every other Ya Kun, this one is no different. I wouldn't intentionally come all the way here, but if I'm in the area and need a coffee boost, this is definitely a safe option. It's located on the ground floor, and it has a sitting area that's quite big. You shouldn't have any issues finding a space to meet friends or just to have a quick local kopi and breakfast in the morning.

A bona fide Singapore icon, known for their local coffee and toast. This outlet in this mall is always crowded, although Luckin and Starbucks are also present.

Came here on a weekend morning, found a space quite quickly for two people. The best part about this mall is really the 3-hour free parking :) Ya Kun always suits my tastebuds. Comfortable space to eat in, open concept, and the food is quite standard across all outlets. You return your own trays after eating.

It's Ya Kun, the original Kaya toast Singaporean breakfast experience! If you’ve never had it before, have it at least once. Box ticked. Ordered a steamed version as well as the toasted version, with Kaya and a thick slab of butter. With a slab of butter that thick, it can’t not be delicious! But I must say it’s slightly too rich for me. The egg was fine. Good if you like your eggs on the almost-too-runny side. I added too much soy sauce - but that’s my bad. And also got coffee, which is on the strong side but great for waking me up! Yes to the air-conditioned environment!
