For the pricing and no frills, Saizerya is always good, but don't expect top-notch quality. The pastas (seafood, black truffle mushroom, carbonara) were not bad at all, but a bit watered down. I love the chicken stew here. The wings and pizzas were great, and the Doria was good too. Good comfort place!

"Quite a decent place with affordable food and drink prices. The atmosphere is quite decent despite a lot of noise from downstairs. However, the lack of staff and the time it takes for food to arrive are considerably long; I had to wait 30 minutes just to receive my food. It's a decent place if you're craving pasta or anything of that sort. Also, staff might be a bit rude, perhaps because it's quite a busy place, but their attitude could be improved. I find that manageable. Overall, a decent place to enjoy casual dining."

The food quality here is slightly below average compared to other outlets. The bacon and mushroom risotto is quite dry, and the rice is undercooked. Personally, what I like about this dish is when it's soaked with a decent amount of cream/gravy; however, this outlet's version was quite the opposite. The bolognese pasta 'gravy' was also rather watery.
The waiter also seemed a bit 'blur' and slow. I had an error in my order, as one of my dishes had been double-ordered. However, after telling the waiter once I realized it, he took a good 10 seconds before reacting, slowly telling me he would check and cancel it, and then sloppily walked into the kitchen.

Let's appreciate the high-quality, affordable food without a service charge. It's surprising they can maintain such a high standard at such a low price. Excellent for family dining.

Never get the squid dish. The pasta is OK, but the squid is hard to chew! Also, the chicken hot plate was not tasty and tough, like it was frozen. The pizza is good, but the crust is too thin. The best items are the chicken wings and the lava dessert. I like this place as it's not too crowded.

Customer service was really bad. When food was being delivered, the staff didn't even tell us what the order was, and it ended up being a dish we hadn't ordered. So we checked with a Filipino lady (I assume), and her reply and body language were really bad. She doesn't seem to care about her job or customers. I think what she said was that it was our order according to the order list. But we tried to show her the food we ordered from our phone, but she didn't seem to be interested or care. She didn't even look or give further details and just placed the wrong food on our table. Her attitude really pissed us off.
The other Chinese lady (the older one) had the same type of attitude, which resulted in a really very bad eating experience. She even mentioned that it could be our fault that we ordered the wrong food without checking. But the list on our phone was all correct, so we didn't know what actually happened that they received more orders than what we had actually ordered.
Only the younger Chinese lady was more helpful and had a good attitude. Therefore, we really appreciated the good attitude of the younger lady.
We enjoyed the food, but the attitudes made us not want to go back to the same store again. Please look into this matter seriously, as I hope that such things will not happen to future customers.

Looks like I'm the second victim of hair in the food. Also, the place still smells strongly of formaldehyde. Maybe that's why the staff members are wearing masks. Blanked the timestamp on the receipt to avoid any contact.

Food was delicious, though it could be less salty.
The drink was a bit too sweet. They could offer less sweet options.
The order took a while, estimated at 20 minutes.
The atmosphere was average.

Food quality is not good. Although the price is not very expensive, it does not taste or look like Italian quality at all.
Service is great though, with very attentive and friendly staff.

Food was pretty average; however, the portion of the potato wedges was shocking. I thought it was half-eaten before being served to us. They could have done better on the portion. For the pasta, the portion was alright and pretty filling.
