We stumbled upon the newly relocated Saizeriya at Aperia Mall, now situated on level 2 instead of level 3. We ordered a variety of dishes, including pasta, focaccia, chicken wings, salad, and soup, along with a $2.90 add-on for free-flow coffee, tea, or Milo. While the pasta wasn’t particularly outstanding, the meal was reasonably priced, making it a good value. The service was exceptional—despite the large crowd on February 15, the servers remained patient and welcoming, serving with genuine smiles, which was truly commendable. Notably, the food didn't leave us feeling thirsty, suggesting that Saizeriya has improved its offerings with healthier choices compared to before.

When it first opened 6 months ago, I was raving about it as the best outlet. We've come here 4 times since.
However, today's visit was disappointing. The two new food selections were sugary sweet (spicy cream pasta, sweet?). And the usual order of scallop cream spaghetti was as bland as it could get.
The staff attempted to tell us it was cooked to standard procedure. This makes me wonder what we've been eating for over a year.
The chef came up and took my comment on the new dish. He wasn't happy, of course. But he made sure I knew it, because he asked me, "What else didn't you like?" When I told him the dishes were horrible, I added that he could charge me if he wanted, but to please take them away.
No prizes for guessing if we'll be coming back here again.

My first time dining in at this outlet since they shifted down one level. We ordered the usual fixed dishes. I was quite disappointed that their burrata had shrunk in size. And the buttered corn was tough and uncooked. Only the chicken wings were acceptable.

Personally, I don't think it's that bad unless you hold it to the standard of an upmarket restaurant. But a few things are done right here: The food is consistent, comes out fast, and self-service makes it easy. It's good for quick family dining and quick business meetings. No frills. That's what we think.

Italian food served with Japanese efficiency!
Pasta dishes were value for money. No complaints at all. Meat platters, especially the burger meatloaf, were very flavourful and tasty!
I was really impressed with their self-service drink station — no broken ice, just solid cubes of ice!
The only downside was the cheesecake... not my favourite.
