I've brought my parents for their annual health screening to this same clinic for the past two years. The clinic's ambience is cosy and superb, with free parking available in the building and highly efficient counter staff. The report was also available very promptly, and the health screening charges are very affordable.

I was made to sit with two males while wearing a green robe with no bra on and my butt exposed. I told the receptionist I was uncomfortable coming out of the changing room to sit in the same waiting area with two guys, but she ignored my concerns and made me come out to sit in the small waiting room with guys around. I feel traumatized and exposed.

My family member was referred by a private doctor to this clinic for an X-ray. The next day, he received a call from this clinic saying that his scan was lost and he needed to go again! They promised a transport reimbursement for one-way transport. When he reached the clinic for the second round of X-ray, the clinic assistant told him the reimbursement was capped at $20! We live very far away, and of course, the cab fare was more than that! Wasted time and money!

Nice clinic. Was able to get a slot quickly, but would appreciate better communication on the timing of scans. Was repeatedly told the scan would only take 30-45 mins but ended up taking almost 2 hours.

This is my second time coming back here for my annual medical check-up, and I came back because of the short waiting time, quick service, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get your health check-up at an affordable price.

I was referred to this centre twice, and I can say this is one of the better x-ray centres around. From the moment you step in, everything was smooth.

I had my MRI done here. It was quite an experience for me, as this was my first. Throughout the procedure, Manny, the radiographer, was with me. He was gentle and polite. More importantly, he rehearsed the breathing steps with me before sending me into the tunnel. During the procedure, he provided clear instructions, which were vital in ensuring patients don't freak out after being inside for too long. A suggestion for improvement: Music during the MRI could be beneficial for someone like me. It helps soothe the mind. 😄 The counter staff was nice too. However, she should have explained the charges before proceeding. It cost close to $2,000, yet no one mentioned the fees until the procedure was completed. This is not a small amount for common folks, as Medisave only allows claims of up to $300. This alone is a significant flaw in their SOP. Besides this, the rest of the experience was good.

I was referred by my doctor to have my ultrasound done here. I must say, it is an impressive facility, and their service is top-notch! I felt very comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you, Weiwen, for the flawless administrative work. Thank you, Dr. Ann, for making me feel so at ease during the ultrasound. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Quantum! ☺️

Unprofessionalism and an absolute lack of care and communication were evident between the staff and patient. The transvaginal ultrasound scan attempted was painful and uncomfortable. The facts were not properly communicated regarding exactly why such a scan was necessary; there was no alignment with patient needs and no discussion of the pros and cons of such a scan before Dr. Lee indicated it should be done. The doctor did not bother to ask, and the tech could not be bothered to answer patient queries or check further. In the end, a TA scan was done instead and was deemed sufficient by the doctor who did the referral. A waste of time. Overall, it was a horrible experience here. I would highly recommend NOT coming here.

Absolute zero sense of customer relations, with a very rude/cold receptionist and an unprofessional customer-liaison officer who refused to even talk with the customer once the appointment was secured. Can't understand why such a service provider still exists.
