I was referred here from another private healthcare clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful interior layout. The procedure was performed without delay, and I had my X-ray scanned within minutes. The place was spacious, offering complimentary beverages and snacks!

My Vietnamese wife recently visited Quantum Medical Imaging for her LTVP check-up. The staff and radiographer were exceptionally professional and gentle throughout the process. Despite the challenge of finding her vein due to her slim build, they handled the situation with care and expertise, ensuring she did not feel any discomfort during or after the blood draw.

Here's the edited review: I came here, referred by a private healthcare clinic. The facility features a nice, peaceful interior design, and no appointment was needed as I was referred. My X-ray was taken within minutes, with the help of a decent radiographer. They also offer complimentary beverages. However, the pricing has no government subsidies. They require you to show your ID for verification.

I was referred there for ultrasound scans. I arrived at 8:45 AM (they open at 9 AM), and a nice senior lady who was sweeping the floor saw me and led me in. She prompted me to register, then got me to drink cups of water, and advised me to walk around instead of sitting down to get my bladder filled. She was also the one who stayed in the room while the male staff did my ultrasound. She was the one who made me feel the experience was more than so-so. The male staff was good (pleasant, asking if pressed too hard, if I was alright, etc.). The receptionist was alright. The "fake" window on the ceiling of the scanning room was very nice (an attentive gesture to help us feel calmer). The centre being located just beside the washroom was also a nice thought (for us to head to the washroom to release a full bladder after the scan).

Went for MRI. The wait was minimal, and service was prompt and friendly. Located on Level 2 inside Aperia Mall. Just use the shopping mall escalator; you don't need to use the lifts to the office tower.
