The staff working here are very friendly! The entire McDs outlet is super clean and tidy. Chairs and tables are all in order. It makes me happy to see how clean and tidy this branch is. Nice background music too. One of the better outlets I've been to in Singapore.

Visited during lunch. Service was quick, but the portion was pathetic. Is this due to a shortage of fries? I upsized my meal, but ended up getting medium fries? Some fries were hard, and some were soggy. I felt scammed. My colleagues got slightly more fries than me, but definitely not large!

The place is clean, tidy, and spacious. I came to have breakfast on Friday, and the food arrived quickly. The service crew were all friendly and welcoming. Special props to Loo Ping, one of the service staff, for her excellent service. 5 stars.

The place was clean and spacious, so spacious that I think more tables can be added. Food was served to the table as I ordered from the kiosk and selected table service!
Happy to have tried the Criss-Cut Fries! Please bring back the Angus burger, though, and make it permanent on the menu!

Staff Loo Ping and her colleagues at McDonald's Aperia Mall were friendly, had a good service attitude, and were always there to serve! Appreciate it a lot and would patronize again in the future if I were to pass by the outlet again.

Food took longer than usual to be served, and yet the beef patties, fish fillet, and fries were all at room temperature. It wasn't even lukewarm. Very disappointed with this branch.

"Amazing" outlet with 6 kiosks and a seating capacity of close to 40 pax. Only 3 staff were seen working on a Wednesday evening during dinner peak hour. By the way, this outlet closes at 8 PM on weekdays. What's happening??
Highly short-handed, and staff looked exhausted. No service, nothing. Extremely long wait for orders. Extremely long, no joke. McDonald's HQ is upstairs, right?

Weird that they don't automatically give chili sauce now. You have to ask for it. They also only give a stingy 2 packets, but I bought 2 meals... Don't you know 1 packet is not enough for 1 person? For the fries, the burger, etc. Imagine I didn't ask because I thought they would automatically give it... I'd end up with no chili, just food.
