Very poor service. My Pixel Pro Fold died suddenly, and I quickly went to the service center for repair. I was told that I needed to pay $700+ upfront because there was a slight dent on the hinge, and this amount was for the hinge plus internal screen, which would not be covered by warranty. This was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard!
First, the dent was very minor and had happened quite some time ago. I even showed them that the inside screen was working and it could get to the boot screen and Google logo screen. I told them that, sure, some things are not covered by warranty if it's due to negligence, etc., but they should just take the phone in first. If it was proven to be caused by my fault, then I could pay or decide not to proceed with the repair, as this was the norm. But they insisted that if I didn't pay this, they couldn't take in the phone.
I wasn't sure if this was a scam or just a very terrible policy. If your phone has died and has some dents, don't bother going to this place. I contacted Google directly, got to send my phone by mail, and received a replacement in 2 days.

I came in for an RMA regarding my Pixel 8's display with purple streaks. Repair took 1 hour. No fuss. No drama. I just handed in my phone, signed some paperwork, ate for an hour, came back and collected it.

Worst repair experience I ever had. Akin to daylight robbery, though not quite, as they are protected by their T&Cs.
By the way, I'm not posting because I want my $26 back. It's on me to ensure I know what I'm signing.
But the staff's lack of explanations just goes to show the quality of this shop.
1. Walk-in replacement only means you practically have to burn your day there if you choose to drop off your phone and collect it on the same day. I first visited the shop on Jan 8 to replace my Pixel 4a battery and was told that they could not replace it on the spot.
2. I returned today, Jan 17. I was told they were able to repair it, and I signed the T&Cs without being advised by the staff. I know it's on me to check, but I'm calling out their unprofessional ethics.
3. They told me that I could not get my replacement battery because I had replaced my battery with an external party 2 years back. I argued that I got my phone in 2021, and my warranty was way over by 2023. Yet, they were still harping on why I didn't go to them to replace the Google battery in 2025. Way to do business, guys.
a) They said they tried to contact me via email and call. My emails were coming in the entire day, and I didn't see theirs.
b) A Google battery costs $143, as opposed to a third-party replacement which costs $50. Who in their right mind would travel to town just to pay thrice the price after the warranty ended? I live in one far end of SG.
4. They made me pay $26 if I chose not to proceed with the repair. I paid.
5. They still had the cheek to text me that my phone was fixed and ready for collection.
6. Folks, read their T&Cs; don't end up like me. It was totally worth the $26 for this lesson learned. It has been three years since I bought a new phone, and I guess my next one won't be a Google phone anymore.
Don't complain why locals aren't supporting authorized shops, because you can spend thrice the amount and still get one-third of the satisfaction and service quality.
Yikes.

Fast and efficient. In an hour or two, they changed out my Pixel 9 Pro XL case as well as the battery due to the camera bar popping out.
P.S.: I did a quick check, and it seems like this is a pretty common issue with the Pixel 9 Pro, and mine is still under warranty ✌️

Had to visit CTDI for an issue with my Pixel phone. Finding this service centre was a challenge. There were no directions whatsoever on the Google service website. I was completely exhausted getting there. After a long walk from Bendemeer MRT, I finally managed to get to the service centre. Do note that if you are taking public transport, it's better to take the bus.
I was annoyed with the long walk, but I do need to appreciate the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got back my phone with a replaced screen in just under 2 hours. I was happy that they could get my phone repaired with no data loss.

I'm one of the people affected by the battery replacement program. I feel the same as the poster before me. However, I feel that this isn't CDTI's fault, but rather the way that Google has rolled out the update and implemented the battery replacement. People are rushing to replace their batteries because what was a phone that could last a full day (at least for me) now barely lasts a day. Google should have had the battery replacement earlier before the update rollout so people wouldn't have to rush to replace their batteries as soon as the program started on July 23. I had the battery for my 4a replaced 3 years ago, and I got it back the same day. Excellent service. So, I don't think it's CDTI's fault, but rather the sheer volume of phones that need to have their batteries replaced. A staggered rollout would have helped this. Google needs to realize that not everyone has a spare phone. Pixel phones aren't cheap.

Had my Pixel 6a repaired here on 2 occasions. The first time was for a button, and the second for the battery and screen. Service is excellent! Always go to an authorised service centre!
