The service centre alone is reason to buy a Google Pixel. I've never experienced such good service. Prices for common repairs are reasonable, transparent, and listed on their website; service is extremely quick (often just a couple hours or next day if they have parts), and the service is immaculate.

The service is quick. However, I left the store wondering whether I was cheated because I was charged $85 for a battery replacement, which I was told to pay for in cash with no invoice, as apparently the invoicing system was closed for the day (visited on a Saturday). On top of that, now, within a few weeks, the replaced battery seems to run out of juice by midday without much phone usage.

Easy to locate in the retail area of Aperia mall. A 10-minute walk from Lavender MRT station. Service was prompt and helpful. Nice service center for Pixel fans.

Unbelievably amazing customer service! Staff Astrid and Eka are extremely friendly and polite. The screen on my Pixel had been shattered for many months. Most heartland shops quoted me up to $220, and they all needed a couple of days to order spare parts and fix it. A friend told me about this Google Pixel Authorized Service Centre which opens until 8pm. They only charge $133 net (with 1 month warranty) - and it was ready within 1 hour before I could even finish roaming the Aperia mall. Thumbs up to the super fast technician Amin and gorgeous Astrid :)

Fast and efficient service—much quicker than Apple or Samsung centers in my experience. Definitely recommend visiting here for any Google product issues instead of trying your luck in the local market. What impressed me most: Even though my phone was 2 years old with a swollen battery, they replaced it for free after checking the use case. Super helpful and customer-friendly!
