I was here to visit the Thai supermarket. Imagine my surprise when I found Cold Storage also here, so I decided to head in for a quick look.
The store was decorated for Halloween, albeit sparsely. Disappointing.
Like other Cold Storage outlets, it was pricey, but offered a vast and interesting selection, good customer service, and good quality fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat.

A good supermarket with quite a good selection of plant-based products, making it an ideal place to shop for vegans/vegetarians.

Not a very big Cold Storage supermarket. The groceries were displayed nicely. The supermarket was bright and tidy. The atmosphere was comfortable. They sell fresh food bento sets if you want to grab one for a meal.

Visited on Christmas Eve afternoon. It wasn't very crowded. There appears to be a counter of roast meats and rice boxes on sale. Update: a convenient place to shop without excessive crowds.

Terrible customer experience. About three months ago at Aperia Cold Storage, I've noticed that some of the floor tiles along where customers walk were covered up with cardboard and tape. It was confirmed by the staff that those tiles had cracked (reasons unknown). Fine. Guess what? It's still being covered up even now, three months later. Every time anyone walks over it, it creates EXTREMELY deafening, high-pitched, SHARP scratching sounds between the broken tile pieces. Every single customer has endured this for at least two to three months (maybe longer). That's not the end. Throughout the last one to two months, OTHER tiles have also cracked and are being covered up by cardboard. It now looks like at least 30 of them have cracked. I've only seen one or two of them being fixed so far. Cold Storage, it takes you three months to replace only a couple of tiles?? Are you trying to cut operating costs? So laughable. Now I'm completely avoiding the Cold Storage at Aperia Mall as I don't want to become DEAF. Even after 15 minutes of leaving the place, I can still feel the pain in my ear. Terrible, terrible experience. Cold Storage, do your JOB, please.
