The services I receive from the clinic are excellent. The doctor on duty and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms recommending them to friends. Also, the charges are cheaper than other clinics. Thank you so much! 🤍

Dr. Tan is one of the most kind and empathetic doctors I have come across. He's soft-spoken, takes the time to listen, and always makes sure you're comfortable. It's a top-notch service clinic in the neighbourhood.

The doctor was very nice and friendly. I appreciated his advice.
There were two receptionists that day, and one was very helpful and made my urine test experience comfortable, providing good service.
The other one was rather impatient and slightly rude towards me when the card reader didn't pick up my debit card, souring the experience a little.

Dr. Tan E. C. is extremely professional and patient. He explained the different medicines and their effects at the end of the consultation. Nurses were prompt with registration and the medication prescription. This was my first time here, and I had a very good experience. Highly recommended. The wait wasn't long and was within expectations.

I saw the good reviews and decided to visit this clinic when I was sick, as it was one of my company's panel doctors.
The receptionists were kind, but the wait time was extremely long. They only informed me that the doctor was doing a procedure when I asked why it was taking so long. They should have informed patients beforehand, especially since I could have gone to another place as I was extremely sick (shivering from cold, plus headache and body ache).
When I went in, the doctor was young and soft-spoken. It was hard to hear her, and she looked nervous in her diagnosis. The way she checked me felt like a ghost just grazing over my body. Mind you, as a med student, I know how these things work, and the way she used the apparatus was poor; she did not even place the stethoscope correctly on my chest and back.
She only prescribed Panadol, painkillers, and lozenges for my sore throat—medications I could easily purchase over the counter in pharmacies—and they did not help at all. I continued to be sick for three days before visiting another doctor who cured me within a day. The doctor who cured me said that my sore throat was so severe that he had to prescribe two antibiotics and steroids to treat it, while this doctor only gave me OTC medication.
I understand that young doctors need to gain experience once out of residency, but prescribing OTC medication when I myself knew my sore throat was severe is simply inadequate. She needs more in-depth training and better diagnostic skills if she wants to effectively treat and help more patients in the future.

Very positive experience. I am generally not fond of going to a clinic unless absolutely necessary, as from time to time there's always something (administrative issues, long queues, etc.). But my experience with The Clinic was awesome.
The staff are kind and efficient. I consulted with Doctor Tan, who is very attentive and gives a thorough explanation. Overall positive experience and would recommend!

Nurses were very rude. For those coming here for university check-ups, please avoid this clinic. The front desk of a clinic usually makes or breaks the experience, and this was a strong 'break.'
