Arrived at 2:10 PM. I ordered 2 of the new Christmas drinks, but one was mistakenly placed in a dine-in cup despite my request for takeaway. The staff displayed unsatisfactory service, and their tone was unfriendly. Despite asking her for help, she did not agree to help with the transfer to a takeaway cup. I had to ask her for a takeaway cup and do it myself. I would have appreciated it if there had been more accountability and initiative.

Pretty nifty, and I signed up for my first Starbucks app and card here when I treated Kim Seng to an iced lemonade. I also subsequently had a cappuccino and a dark mocha here on another day.

"Ordered a drink via Foodpanda pickup. Reached the shop and saw this Malay staff packing my order. I stood there for 5 minutes, wanting to ask her if my order was ready, but she seemed very "busy" and just kept doing her stuff. She did not bother to ask me what my order was for collection. I said, "Excuse me, sorry," but she just ignored me."

The cashier didn’t apologize for the mistake, and the barista had an attitude when delivering the order and when I requested a glass of water. I also noticed flies around the outlet.

I believe the staff needs more training, as this is the third time I can remember them making a mistake:
1. Two times, they gave me the wrong order.
2. One time, they charged me $3 more.
I hope management follows up to improve service standards.

Review of a Starbucks Cafe.
Located on Level 1 of the mall, near McDonald's.
Standard service and food, as expected of Starbucks.
During morning hours or break times, expect a short queue. If there is any promotion, such as '1-for-1', you can forget about getting anything from the store; the queue will be exceptionally long.
Due to safe distancing measures, the seats are quite limited. It feels like the space is not maximized to accommodate more people.

My office is located in Aperia, and I've been a daily customer of this outlet for the last two years – a Venti less-ice Americano to start my day, by default! It had been pleasant with all the staff working there, who know my schedule and preferences. We greet each other with a simple hello or a smile. Until today, a new manager ruined it all! I am seriously thinking not to visit them again until this person leaves! I can't believe Starbucks has someone with such an attitude and zero customer service mindset as an outlet manager! Starbucks – check the customer feedback and take action!

I ordered via Foodpanda (Priority Delivery), yet the rider has been waiting for nearly 2 hours for the order. The service could definitely be faster. There’s no point in ordering ahead if the wait time is this long, especially when I only have 1.5 hours left before ending work.
