One of my favorite coffee outlets, it's located in the same building, within walking distance of my workplace. Located on Level One, it will definitely not be missed by any patrons or visitors. This outlet has quite a huge space for all its customers who wish to dine in and enjoy some chilled and relaxing time while enjoying sips of coffee, hot or cold.

The coffee is always top-notch, never failing to deliver a rich, satisfying cup. However, the customer service can be hit or miss. The cashier I encountered today had an off-putting tone and her way of speaking made the experience feel uncomfortable. It’s frustrating, especially since the quality of the coffee is always great, but the service could definitely use improvement.

The Indian lady who served me this morning provided great service. It was past 7 a.m., and the air conditioning hadn't been activated yet. I had some issues with the payment app, and she patiently explained what needed to be done. I was perspiring profusely under the sweltering heat while topping up my Starbucks card. She noticed this and directed her handheld fan towards me, providing me with some respite. Small acts like this speak a thousand words. I was very impressed, as I have had some bad experiences with previous staff at this outlet.

I had a chocolate muffin and a cup of warm water here! (A perfect combination, especially when today's weather is cold because of the rain.) As a very frequent visitor here, I love how the ladies often have a smile on their faces. If you're in the area, why not visit here for a drink or a warm chocolate muffin?

Clumsy me! :-( I was here (11 June 2025, at 12:30 PM) for a cuppa after lunch and got a window seat. But not long after I sat down, I spilled my drink — how clumsy of me! :-( I made a mess and felt helpless, but the staff was very prompt to help me clean up the area. The counter staff (I was too flustered to note her name) even remembered my order — Dark Mocha Frap, less sweet — and immediately made me a new one. These instantly upgraded their service to beyond excellent! Thank you, Starbucks. Loving it! :-D
