Delicious food and coffee. Their iced latte is a must! Rich and smooth. Their Coffee Pork Burger is highly recommended. With no GST or service charge, it’s value for money. Follow my food journey on IG @zanthrea.

Here's the edited review: **Food:** The food is worth more than every penny you paid for. Small kitchen, but amazing. Grilled squid is the best in Singapore (at least for me). The 'cheapo' but not-so-cheapo big breakfast (it's really big and high quality; don't worry about presentation). The ribeye is another of my favourites (the price and quality are hard to find in Singapore). **Space:** Spacious and good for gatherings or private events. Can accommodate more than 70 people. **Ambience:** Relaxed atmosphere, with high and low tables available based on your preference. Sorry, no cushions. **Cleanliness:** Cleaner than your house. Hygiene is a basic for F&B. **Beverage:** They offer a variety of beverages (sorry, no juice or bubble tea). Everything is self-made. I prefer coffee, coffee, and more coffee. Currently in stock: Brazil and India. You might get Thailand if you're lucky. Beans differ from season to season. Learn to appreciate the beans and ask if you're not sure. Frankie is more than happy to introduce them (don't be shy). If you're free, then drop by, keep calm, enjoy coffee, and make friends.

A good simple place for coffee and nice, unique deco.

Known for their strong and robust coffee. Iced coffee is very smooth and fragrant. The beef ribs are very juicy and well-grilled. Mussels and clams are among the best I have ever tasted! These are only available on their dinner menu, though.

Had a black coffee and a latte. There are better ones around. A quiet place to rest feet.

Great value. I had a chai and beef with noodles, which came with a free Perrier for liking them on FB. Everything was tasty. The Wi-Fi is the free SGWifi network.

I loved the signature iced coffee! I followed Grind Coffee from ORP to Aperia Mall, and they didn't let me down :) I'm loving the new vibes, and the food is great as well!!

Scrambled eggs on toast with pork sausage: cooked superbly. Cappuccino was just decent - with average body and aroma, and slightly burnt.

A simple cafe, but it served nice coffee and food. Their homemade chilli will satisfy your sambal craving. Take too much, and it will hit the roof of your head.

Nasi lemak without nasi; noodles instead. They should've served the chicken boneless/sliced/cut, or else we would need chopsticks, fork, and spoon. Chicken thigh $14, duck $14 (on promotion).
