Agnes Goh was such an efficient, warm, friendly, and very helpful staff member in attending to my queries and needs. She was very patient and attentive. And she managed to solve the administrative problem that I was facing expeditiously. It was a delightful experience being served by her. Do find her, if you're experiencing any problems in purchasing online.

Rose provided professional advice on Artistry products, along with helpful testimonials and clear explanations that helped me understand what a proper daily skincare routine entails. Through the skin analysis conducted with the Artistry Skin Analyzer, I also gained deeper insight into my skin condition, including details like pores and pigmentation. Based on the results, she recommended suitable Artistry products tailored to my current skin needs to ensure my skin receives the right nutrition. Superb serviceđź’Ż

I bought the eSpring water filter from Amway on July 5, and was told that free installation was included—even if I bought the faucet separately from another shop, a point I had already confirmed with the seller.
The installation was only done almost a month later, and it was a complete disaster. The technician from Esprit Consortium was rude and sarcastic, complaining repeatedly that my faucet didn’t match Amway’s pipe diameter—despite being told this would not be an issue.
He clearly had no idea what he was doing. He even had to video call someone during the installation to ask how to do it. In the end, he admitted this was his first time installing a below-counter unit with a faucet.
He installed it messily, made my kitchen wet and dirty, and didn’t bother cleaning up.
If they were not comfortable installing with an external faucet, they should’ve just told me upfront—I would have gotten my own plumber instead of wasting time and ending up with a poor job.
Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Here's the lightly edited review:
The eSpring water filter itself is good, but the way it’s promoted gives customers the impression that everything is perfect—until after purchase.
The installation service was very disappointing. Instead of a hassle-free setup, I had to handle most of the work myself, including drilling and modifying the hose. Additionally, the free installation service is only valid for 30 days from purchase, which adds unnecessary pressure.
During my visit to the branch, I didn’t like the faucet design, and the salesperson assured me it was fine to buy one from another shop. However, during installation, I was told that using a third-party faucet would **void the warranty**, even though the promotional material stated free installation was included.
If certain conditions (like faucet restrictions) apply, why weren’t they clearly communicated upfront? This lack of transparency has wasted a lot of my time and effort, leaving me frustrated and exhausted.
The installation technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly complained about us not purchasing the original faucet and even made sarcastic remarks during the installation. His attitude was unacceptable for a service tied to a reputable brand like Amway.
Additionally, the installation was done carelessly—water was left all over the cabinet, showing a lack of attention to detail. Given how poorly this third-party service reflects on Amway’s reputation, I strongly suggest replacing them with a more professional and customer-friendly team.
