The staff here always put a wonderful smile on for all the customers. When I have a bad day and step into the shop, the staff just light up my day instantly with a smile and a greeting. The customer service here is really top-notch, always going the extra mile to provide customers with the best experiences. They never fail to ask the customers if they have any inquiries. Excellent service!

Agnes and Jess from Nutrilite @ Aperia have been extremely helpful to me when I was searching for products and gave excellent recommendations that have helped us. This helpfulness was displayed to us very respectfully, and their work ethic and ability to help others must be admired. I strongly recommend this shop for nutrition-related products; the protein powders sold here are particularly potent. Five stars are well-deserved!

First time here. It's a decent-sized place. The staff was friendly. Items are neatly arranged. For me, it seemed easier to walk from City Hall MRT Station than from Esplanade MRT Station, since I'm coming from the west. There are ongoing constructions, so be careful.

Here's the edited review: What useful and fun sessions! I had Bone analysis with Zoe and skin analysis with Rose. The analysis was done with machines. I got to learn about my body and how to take care of it well. I also got to try different Artistry skin products. They both are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I found what I was looking for. Thanks for the advice ;)

Very informative and helpful session. Rose was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave appropriate recommendations and was not pushy at all. These sessions truly help build confidence in Artistry products. Keep up the good work.

To all consumers, please don't trust the positive reviews. I am giving one star because this company uses unethical practices to earn money. The company's stated mission, vision, and core values emphasize love, morality, caring, and kindness, aiming to help people facing health difficulties and enhance their beauty. However, most salespeople use hard-sell methods and uncompromising marketing strategies. For example, they organize free (FOC) pickleball, yoga, Zumba, or crafting classes, often including 'in-body' tests, promoted through social media to attract attendees. Most salespeople use these marketing strategies primarily to promote Amway products, aiming to hit their own sales targets, levels, and points. I ask, is this kind of method truly demonstrating kindness, caring, love, or morality? I was disappointed that after I used Nutrilite products and provided feedback about experiencing negative effects, the salesperson continued to praise and promote the products' benefits instead of showing concern for my current situation. Additionally, I stated that I was not interested in their 60-day diet plan due to budget constraints, but they persistently pressured me to attend the event or sign up for Atome. I ask, are they willing to help me settle my debts? One day, Upline 'B' and my Upline 'A' invited me for an 'in-body' check. After the 'in-body' check, my Upline 'A' and her upline invited me to a Nutrilite shop. When Upline 'A' was unable to persuade me to purchase Amway products, the worst part was that she tried to get her Upline 'B' to persuade me to join as a member. Then, Upline 'B' asked their group leader 'C' to persuade me about Amway products. These salespeople completely refused to listen to the customer's perspective and showed no regard for their feelings. Most salespeople are not professionals, such as nutritionists or dieticians. Especially when recommending Nutrilite products, they should understand customers' conditions first. My uplines did not understand my health condition first and kept pushing the products on me. Today, I just realized from my friend that I was actually placed under my friend in the hierarchy. The original understanding was: me > Upline A > Upline B > ... > Group Leader. However, Upline A did not disclose the fact that my friend was actually under Upline A, and I was placed under my friend. This reveals a dishonest business strategy. Their attitude was not honest with the customer! Furthermore, most salespeople did not inform customers in advance when their uplines wanted to meet them. This action truly disregards customer feelings and willingness. Consequently, I decided to resign. However, my Upline 'A' did not fulfill her responsibilities and services to process my resignation, claiming that I had to wait one year before I could resign. I ask, is this a good or moral attitude towards a customer? What kind of nonsense is this?
