Luckin Coffee at Aperia Mall represents China's largest coffee chain making its historic first overseas expansion into Singapore, bringing the innovative "Starbucks of China" experience to local coffee enthusiasts since March 2023. Founded in Beijing in 2017, Luckin Coffee has rapidly grown to become a household name across China, and now brings its technology-driven, cashless, and cashier-less culture to Singapore, promoting affordable and efficient coffee service through their dedicated mobile app platform. This groundbreaking international expansion demonstrates Luckin's commitment to revolutionizing the coffee experience with cutting-edge technology, premium ingredients, and accessible pricing that challenges traditional coffeehouse models.
The signature menu showcases several distinctive series including the crowd-favorite Coconut Latte ($6.40), a refreshingly creamy tropical brew with beautiful layers that has sold over 300 million cups globally, and the Little Black Cup Specialty Single Origins featuring Hambella Americano ($5.60) made with Ethiopian-grown Hambella 5.0 green beans dried for 10-12 days to achieve lighter, sweet, and slightly fruity notes. The innovative Luckin Exfreezo Series includes the popular Matcha Exfreezo ($6.40), a strong green tea-flavored treat topped with whipped cream, while the comprehensive beverage selection demonstrates Luckin's expertise in crafting both traditional and contemporary coffee experiences that cater to diverse Asian palates and preferences.
Located at 12 Kallang Avenue #01-34 Aperia Mall, Luckin Coffee operates Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and weekends from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing convenient access near Lavender MRT station for commuters and shoppers. The technology-centric approach requires all orders and payments through their mobile app, creating a streamlined, efficient experience that reduces wait times while offering promotional pricing including $0.99 beverages for first-time app users. As part of Luckin's planned expansion to Guoco Tower, Jewel Changi Airport, and other prime Singapore locations, the Aperia Mall outlet represents the beginning of a new era in Singapore's coffee culture, combining Chinese innovation with local accessibility.
Tried a coffee for the first time and ordered through the app (I liked the app for its ease of use and no waiting time to collect). Picked the mint coconut drink and have to say I regret it. Maybe it's just me, as I think it tastes like my toothpaste. Will try another drink next time.

One of the staff members is always very rude. This outlet closes earlier than other outlets, at 8 PM. However, well before 8 PM, this particular female staff member already starts using her actions to signal to customers that they are closing soon. She does this by throwing tools or other items into the sink very loudly (which once frightened me), and by hitting cups, spoons, or other items against the sink very loudly. And today, the female staff member said very loudly, "8 PM, loh!" Instead of shouting, why not come to the tables and politely inform customers that the shop closes at 8 PM? This is not the first time my husband and I have encountered this; every week when we come here, we definitely face this attitude issue.

Clean, minimalist, and a new addition to the coffee culture at Aperia Mall, it's located beside Ya Kun and stares into the heart of Starbucks and McDonald’s.
Like many, I was curious and drawn by the 99-cent promotion. I'd say go for the iced coffee and other drinks, like Matcha.
I tried my luck and picked the ones with latte art from their app. I saw how the coffee was prepared. It's no different from the machines in an office or hotel – the one-press-button kind.
The lid was a very nicely designed plastic cap with a few movable parts. The design on the cup was nice and modern. The cup was thin, and the coffee was piping hot, so be careful.
Now, let’s get down to the coffee. No latte art – not that it's going to make the taste any better, but I thought I would get what I ordered.
The Arabic beans lacked aroma and were overpowered by the air bubbles from the milk, which was limp and light. I gave it a second and third shot, but I was unable to extract any flavours from this cup. I was unable to finish the last quarter of the drink.
For the first 99 cents, it was a good experience. But in the future, I think you're better off getting coffee from any of the friendly stores in the area.

I was at Luckin Coffee Aperia Mall on a Sunday afternoon for coffee and chatting. I was alarmed by three other ladies sitting beside us; only one of whom ordered a coffee, while the other two were doing facial cleansing for one another. There was a bucket of filthy water, used cotton wool, and tissue strewn on the table just beside us. They then took out cream, lotion, or spray to apply, and weird fragrances filled the air, driving us to the next level. I politely approached the counter staff for assistance on the matter, as their actions had gravely affected fellow patrons. To my astonishment, the staff returned to inform me that she had spoken over the phone to their Store Manager and had been instructed that I had to take the matter into my own hands (within Luckin Coffee premises) as they would not intervene. Unbelievable management! Horrible! Absolutely no customer service to begin with! So, anyone feel free to barbecue, get a nail manicure, etc., at Luckin Coffee, as their management cannot intervene! Worst coffee experience ever!

It's good to have a new coffee chain, a change from the usual. The Ice Pamelo Americano I picked tasted great and wasn't too sweet. 😋 Not bad at all. There's a 99-cent promotion while supplies last. Let's see what happens after this promotion. 😉

They were pretty fast at making my order. I usually get the Coconut Velvet Latte. They recently changed the sweetness options from 'No syrup' to 'Least sweet,' so I added a note with my order that I didn't want any syrup. The staff kindly explained that the 'Least sweet' option has no added syrup, but the velvet and coconut milk are already sweetened on their own.

I ordered my first drink using the app for 99 cents. Easy. I got the Matcha Exfreezo. Shiok! The only issue was that the ice wasn't blended finely enough, so some ice chunks got in my mouth and I had to bite them. Properly blended drinks shouldn't be this crunchy. Not good.

Located on the ground floor, just outside the eateries. It's quite a large store, so there’s a decent area for dining in. With at least three staff working, coffee comes out pretty quickly. There’s always some form of discount for the drinks, so make sure you don’t pay full price for them!

The coffee was not bad. They are now having a promotion for $0.99 a cup of coffee. You need to order online using their app to enjoy the $0.99 offer. The process was easy, but it would be better if they had a display for the order number. The service was also good.

Quick service, although all orders are placed via the app. The staff always appear to be busy preparing something. The app system is quite intuitive and has a lot of discounts, though it isn't very senior or differently-abled friendly. Maybe next time, I'll try ordering directly from staff.
There is very little table seating; most of it is bartop.

This is a recent chain of coffee shops that has opened in Singapore, and I have visited today. To attract customers, they have come up with a 99-cent first order offer and have had a good response, with a lot of people in queue. I tried three of their varieties: hot, cold, and frappe. The hot and cold options are good, matching the Starbucks taste, and the Waxberry Frappe is better than others available in Singapore. I suggest trying the Waxberry.

Situated in a rather crowded mall (maybe because it was a Sunday), I would recommend getting your drink to go and ordering through the app 3-5 minutes before you arrive. Ordering through the app also gives you some discounts at times.
Once you arrive, you are likely to see your drink on the countertop with your order number printed on the receipt. Simply scan the QR code using the scanner on the counter, and you’re good to grab your drink.

Very fast and efficient service. All ordering and payment are done through the app, which also offers promo codes and discounts. Specifically for this store, the pickup was fast, and it has ample seating. There's also huge counter space, and if you order in advance, your drink will be ready in minutes.

It's in Aperia Mall and has indoor seating, so the air-conditioning is quite cool compared to other restaurants. This brand is from China and offers quite high-quality coffee. They have a self-order machine, which makes ordering quite easy. Their drinks are the best.

The Americano and Cappuccino we had for a coffee break were good. Service was relatively fast. Orders can be placed by downloading the app on-site (scan the QR code). Nice ambience.
