Surprisingly delicious pasta! I randomly stepped in here for lunch and was pleasantly impressed by their shrimp scampi pasta. Sauce was flavourful with lots of body!
A bit noisy during lunchtime.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and was glad it wasn't crazy crowded.
Taste - 5/5, Price - 4.5/5
The only reason the overall review is 4/5 is that the carbonara was too watery and the pasta portion was too small. The ingredients were sufficient, but they could have been more generous with the pasta portion. I saw the chefs weighing out each portion, which is acceptable, but perhaps just 30-50 more grams would have made it a 5/5, considering the cost of pasta is not too expensive.
Pricing for all dishes was reasonable, and the portions were spot on for the other dishes. I just wished the timing of service could have been better, by serving the starters first (fries in my case) and the mains later.
This might have changed my perspective on the portioning, because I would have been full after the fries.
Hope the above feedback helps them out! The cafe is good, and I would go back to try the other dishes.

Another day of working overtime, I went downstairs to find food and entered this restaurant since there was no queue. It was spacious, and the lights were dim. A few young guys were sitting at the counter. Portions were generous. My colleague recommended the stewed beef, but I opted for the chicken chop instead. It was good; I would revisit. They have a lunch promotion set at $15 for a selected main and drink, and it is worth it. The servers are very proactive and attentive as well. We loved the Apple Pay feature, which allowed for no interaction at all. Eat and go.

Iām shocked! Seriously... Two mains and one appetizer cost me only $60ish. Both quantity and quality were really amazing ā big portions and delicious. The kurobuta pork was so thick, yet well cooked. Look at the pinkish colour... it really needs certain skill to cook it. I guess they use the sous vide method to get that pinkish, cooked meat. It was perfectly cooked, to me. The grilled Brussels sprouts were charred and glazed with sweet vinegar. It tasted damn good, with a charred, bitter, and sweet vinegar taste. šš»šš»šš» The sea bass on the spaghetti was thick-cut, too, with a soft texture and smooth, creamy sauce. Really tasty. The Mushroom Croquette filling was stuffed with true chopped mushrooms. I will surely come back again!! šš»šš»

Seamless transaction. Food is sooo good. The sauce is unique and very tasty. Crab and prawn pasta was delicious. The pork chop was well-marinated and tasted like pork stew. The vegetables were also roasted. The plating was appealing. Overall, each dish had a distinct and simply delicious flavor. It's a nice and peaceful place. We very much enjoyed the food and our dining experience at this lovely place. We will be back.

Good food, good portions, and a quiet space. Overall, the food was good. However, the soft-shelled crab with pasta tasted just like fried oil. The pasta was fine, but the soft-shelled crab was not worth eating because of the burnt oil. You can skip this dish.

Service was all right.
It's a quiet cafe space in this mall, suitable for meetings and work.

Very tasty Portobello mushroom burger! The slightly spicy cheese sauce **complements** the juicy mushroom patty. **The** great lunch set deal is about $16 and comes with a drink. **Adding** soup is just another $2. **The soup** tastes like fragrant mashed potatoes. 10/10. Will come back here again.
[LAVENDER, SINGAPORE] I can't stress how much I feel this cafe is underrated! Their food quality is really good, and they have different discounts to make it even more worthwhile. š
Their Salmon Miso Carbonara ($24) was such a joy to have. The salmon itself was incredibly well executed, with a toasted skin, and the edges and meat within were so soft and flaky. I believe this was cooked sous vide with a miso marinade before torching it on the skin side. The carbonara itself was very rich with cream and strong, savory miso bacon flavors, which can be quite surfeiting towards the end. As the portion size can be quite big, I would suggest sharing this!
This was my first time trying the Kurobuta Pork Chop ($28), and it's definitely not the last time I'm getting this. The pork chop itself was very tender, but very fatty, so this is definitely not the healthiest. 𤣠It had none of the pork odour and was well flavored with some mushroom sauce on top! The portion size of this chunk of meat was quite large as well.
For sharing, do get their Brussels Sprouts ($14). Seasoned with a dash of vinegar and salt, this rendition was kept simple and not too cloying. It was so addictive that I just kept eating!
I used Burpple Beyond to get 1-for-1 mains here, but I saw that they have lunch and dinner deals as well to make your money worth it. Do come here for their good food! š

It's a great place for lunch, chatting, and enjoying delicious food. I love the sea bass and pulled pork sandwich! The service was prompt, but the price is slightly high. I believe it's worth it!

I was never a cafe food fanatic, but this place just changed my perspective!
The decor here is a mix of wood and industrial chic that somehow works, giving off major chill vibes.
Then there's the food ā Kam Heong chicken karaage that's so good my boyfriend's already planning our next visit just for that. The grilled flatiron steak with herb butter sauce? Yes, that's happening too. And because we clearly hadn't eaten enough, we finished off with a Potato And Leek Soup that sealed the deal ā this cafe's got it going on.
Worth the calories and money!

We came here for lunch and ordered a main course each plus tater tots to share. The service was impressively quick, from ordering to the last dish being served. The portions and presentation were almost exactly as shown on the menu, and we were pleasantly surprised.
I tried the Salmon Miso Pasta and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger. Unfortunately, the pasta was a major letdownāit was so salty that I struggled to finish even a third of it. On the other hand, the burger was decent, with a generous serving size. The tater tots were nicely seasoned and perfectly crispy.
One minor downside was the limited drink options, which we felt could be improved. Overall, a decent experience with great service, but the food quality was a bit hit-or-miss.

Happy to find this hidden gem cafe!
We had our ROM ceremony at Kaeden Cafe a few days ago, and we loved the vibe and staff there.
The manager and staff are friendly and helpful, and they tried to fulfill our needs.
We'd like to give a compliment to Jun and Yuan and the kitchen team (sorry, we didn't catch all the names)!
P.S. The food was delicious, and we tried most of the main dishes. We'll definitely be back soon!

When people say hidden gem, this is what they mean. For $50, with no service charge, you get two mains and a starter, plus free water.
The mains are top-notch. Just like others said, the portions are giga-sized and the taste is really good. I had the Buttermilk Chicken Burger, which was so juicy, properly toasted on both sides, and very well balanced.
The burrata salad with tomatoes was a good complement, and I felt happy eating it. Balsamic, tomato, and cheese are just a perfect combination.
The Seafood Tomato Risotto is also excellent and beats restaurants twice its price.
I'm definitely coming back.

The confit duck and beef burger were delicious and well done. Tomato soup was not to our liking. Cheese bread was nice, though. The burger was huge, and we decided to deconstruct and conquer š¤
