Update to my previous review:
After posting, I received a prompt follow-up from the Customer Care Manager who sorted out the refunds. Please note their cancellation policies when deciding to engage services on their platform. Though I understand that it's only fair to compensate caregivers if it's a last-minute cancellation as they have set aside their time, my cancellations were made 40 hours and 6.5 days prior to the house visits. Also, it's common knowledge that hospitals do not provide any documentation whilst the patient is warded, shouldn't the platform acknowledge SMSs received from the hospital as "proof"?

I've been extremely impressed by Homage's services so far. They are very responsive, and it's been a breeze arranging for caregivers to come and perform a wide range of tasks. The caregivers/nurses themselves are compassionate, kind, gentle, and experienced. Keep it up!

I called in the morning to the office to get urgent night care for my dad who had fallen down three times while we were sleeping. They immediately helped me bypass some of the steps due to my urgency. They made the booking for me, and the process was seamless. The assigned caretaker, Dominic, is fantastic. Couldn't be better than this from start to finish.

We have used the services of Homage for my elderly mother since March 2022.
Naturally, we are very pleased with Homage and the care and services provided by the Care Pros. From Care Pros who initially accompanied my mother for her weekly physiotherapy sessions, to those who now visit her weekly to check in on her, take her grocery shopping in her wheelchair, and at times accompany her to SGH for blood tests, these Care Pros have consistently been punctual, attentive, and caring. The summary reports provided by them after each visit gave us insight into my mother's routine. Because of the consistency in services provided by the Care Pros, my family can confidently leave my aging mother in their good hands, and we can focus on our jobs.
The customer service team is also understanding and prompt with their responses to any queries or requests we made. For example, once we had to cancel an appointment a day before the visit as my mother had an emergency admission to the hospital. After learning the reasons for the cancellation, we were not penalized for the last-minute cancellation. There were times when we had to amend the visit hours or date; the requests were promptly attended to, even on weekends during their official hours. Outside of official hours, most of the time, I received their responses the next day. The team members are understanding and are always ready to help.
The Homage App is also easy to use; hence, booking services or making amendments can be done via the App. I also always rely on the Chat Function. I use the App to remind myself of upcoming visits and to see who the Care Pros are by reading their profiles. The Wallet function enables me to monitor my expenses. We can also state our preferred Care Pros in the App.
Overall, we are very pleased with Homage and the team. I would highly recommend them to my friends and anyone.

Homage is a great nursing care provider. Their customer care agents (through chat and phone) are helpful and efficient too. Their app is user-friendly. Most importantly, the nursing care was really professional, caring, and patient. Highly recommended.

I recently engaged Homage Home Caregiver services to look after my 99-year-old grandma for a day when her helper was off. I left a message on the hotline to request a callback from the care advisors. The care advisor, Annabella Lee, returned my call very promptly. She patiently advised on the various packages and available options, explained the steps to complete the Homage app and forms, and addressed all my grandma's needs and concerns so that they could find a suitable caregiver. The service coordinator manager, Cynthia, was also very prompt in her response and assistance when I requested to change my payment package and details. I would like to compliment Annabella and Cynthia for their excellent and professional services. Keep up the good work!

Excellent and responsive customer service in addressing queries and requests related to booking. Care providers assigned for my loved one’s post-surgery recovery at home were also proficient in their care and service, with some going the extra mile and taking detailed notes.

Gillian from Homage touched base with me within 30 minutes of my request submission. She took me through the processes and was very patient in helping me navigate the app and care request. Booking my request was a very seamless process from that point on. I was quickly assigned a CarePro and just had my wound dressing done in the comfort of my home. CarePro Ms. Tan was punctual and very professional. The services saved me a lot of hassle and the pain of commuting with my still-healing wound. I am so glad to have reached out to Homage.
