My mum likes to stay on her own. But she is getting on in years and has difficulty with mobility and breathing issues. Home Nursing Foundation has provided CPs twice weekly to spruce up my mum's residence on an hourly basis. I am grateful to the attending CPs as they are attentive, friendly, and patient with my mum. Besides the minimal housework they rendered (not much to clean anyway), they even sit down and chitchat for a while with my mum, which delights her immensely. They are also alert to her condition. Kudos to HNF for quality services.

I checked a website to find numerous elderly care service provider agencies that provide ad-hoc, short-hour support for my elderly parent's needs. Among them, I came across Homage. I was amazed by their super prompt response, attending to my numerous queries in detail. Customer Care Advisor Gillian especially made sure my queries were answered. Being new to Homage services, I made a first request for a trial of their ad-hoc service to be provided soon. Although at this point I can't yet give a rating on the quality of their service personnel, I am satisfied enough for now with my initial experience with them, which gives me confidence in their service and professionalism. As an update, we had a trial with a Homage Caregiver and were satisfied with her services, which were provided with patience, care, and excellence. I was glad that I engaged Homage to assist with our needs.

Highly recommended for Homage support and kind understanding. Very good customer service and support provided for my bookings. They assisted me in getting a refund when I needed to cancel a confirmed visit with less than 24 hours' notice, as my mom could not be discharged in time from the hospital. Prompt service and kind understanding. Bookings are easily arranged on their app, caregiver confirmation was fast, and the trained nurse summary report is promptly posted. Reasonable pricing, especially with their packages. Trustworthy and compassionate.

The platform was easy to use, and the service exceeded expectations. My dad needed post-op physiotherapy but was hesitant to leave the house. I came across Homage and was impressed. They arranged for a physiotherapist within hours for a next-day appointment. The therapist was knowledgeable and professional, and the entire family was very pleased. We’ll definitely be using Homage again.
