There were 4 staff members at the counters. However, only one counter was open for money exchange. It took quite a while to queue, which made me wonder about the efficiency. The exchange rate wasn't the best.

Surprisingly very good rates for MYR, THB, RMB. And others, I think, are not very far off on decimals from the best of Arcade Exchange. They also allow you to use Paynow, which takes only 2 minutes for an email verification. Just be aware: remittance people cannot perform currency exchange, as there is only one person doing it. Don't be difficult and complain about this arrangement. It's normal, as they were originally more of a remittance agency.

Good rates for exchanging USD. Professional setup. However, note that their rates for smaller denomination USD notes are poor. Therefore, prefer them for larger denomination notes.

Services are quite limited; it seems the bulk of their business comes from remittance. They do not buy or sell currencies beyond those listed. The ladies at the counter seem to speak Thai, which probably helps their business. Better options can be found in the City Hall area if you are looking to exchange currency.

Here's an edited version: "When I inquired about money changing, I was directed to the edge counter. The lady was busy talking to three other colleagues standing behind her. She attended to me with an unfriendly tone. I decided not to buy due to the lame attitudes."
