Useless! The counter staff doing forex went to buy food, meaning that no exchange service could be processed. Awful customer service.

Okayish rate. 1.5%-1.8% commission compared to mid-market. There are better money changers with less than 1.5% commission around Bugis/Raffles.

Went there to exchange money at 3 PM and was told the staff in charge had gone for lunch, only returning at 4 PM. Why couldn't the rest of the staff assist with money exchange? Wasted my time coming all the way there.
