Great experience with Artisan Jewellery from start to end, which won our hearts and led us to order our engagement ring with them. Weiric was patient from the start, explaining to us the basics of diamonds and going very in-depth, even teaching us how to distinguish between diamonds with good and even better clarity.
Despite careful measurement upon ordering, the ring size was a little tight on collection day due to my girlfriend's finger expansion. We opted to send it back for resizing, and it was resolved within a week at no extra cost.
Overall, highly recommended despite a slight hiccup with the ring sizing, which was properly rectified upon first notice.
