Great experience with Artisan Jewellery from start to end, which won our hearts and led us to order our engagement ring with them. Weiric was patient from the start, explaining to us the basics of diamonds and going very in-depth, even teaching us how to distinguish between diamonds with good and even better clarity. Despite careful measurement upon ordering, the ring size was a little tight on collection day due to my girlfriend's finger expansion. We opted to send it back for resizing, and it was resolved within a week at no extra cost. Overall, highly recommended despite a slight hiccup with the ring sizing, which was properly rectified upon first notice.

Here's the lightly edited review: Amazing father-son power team and their incredible teamwork. They were so patient with me while I took a long time to search for the right gem. You would know the gem is right for you. After almost a year, I found the right sapphire. Weiric guided us through the making process. We learned so much about gems from them. We also made the half-eternity wedding band with them. Every ring is custom-made by the father-son duo, and each is different and special in its own way, just like our fingerprints. I highly recommend them to my friends and family, and of course, to you, Mr. and Mrs. Stranger. If you want a warm, welcoming, empowering consultation with jewelers, this is the place to go. Making an appointment with Artisan Jewellery was a last-minute addition, a "just to see" kind of decision. I visited Artisan Jewellery on November 18th and met Weiric and Dinda. They were a friendly, sincere, and honest couple! Talking to them was like chatting with friends, with lots of friendly banter. There was no hard selling at all, which I appreciated. I had appointments made with four other stores the next day, but after visiting Artisan Jewellery, my mind was more or less made up. We basically used our experience with Weiric as a benchmark, and after the first two appointments, we decided to ditch the last two and head back to Artisan Jewellery. So, on November 19th, we picked out a stone, and that was that! Two days later, I sent over a sketch of the design I wanted with detailed (perhaps too detailed 😂) notes. Weiric promptly sent over 3D renders of the design and constantly updated me at each checkpoint: when my stone arrived, when the setting was done, and when the ring was ready. I trusted Weiric to QC the diamond, and when I came down to take a look at my stone, it was amazing! 😍 About two weeks later (today), my ring was ready for collection! It took about five weeks in total, which was faster than we expected given that it was holiday season. When I saw the ring, I instantly fell in loveee. It was so gorgeous, shiny, and sparkly! I'm wearing it now as I'm typing this; my boyfriend hasn't proposed yet, but he allowed me to wear it for the weekend. 😂 I don't want to part with it, but I have no choice...
