Had dim sum for lunch. The baked BBQ pork buns are still my favorite, and other dim sum were quite good. Good service. No cash payments here.

Had such a lovely experience at Tim Ho Wan (aperia branch). The food was delicious, but what truly made our visit memorable was the amazing service from Sera. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt welcome and well taken care of.

The baked BBQ pork buns are one of my favorite signature dishes. The bun is soft, with a lovely sweet and savory taste, and filled with char siew. The pork congee with century egg and salted egg had the perfect consistency in my opinion. It was flavorful, with a smooth, slightly gluey texture. The shrimp fried rice had a wonderful flavor and was very tasty. All the other dishes we ordered (the shrimp rice rolls, the egg tarts, vegetables) were delicious. You really cannot go wrong with whatever you order.

We enjoy bringing my dear friend's 94-year-old mum here for a leisurely lunch because of the high-quality, good food served without much waiting, prompt service, and spaciousness with easy maneuverability for wheelchairs.
This time, we had the CNY menu of crispy noodles with seafood (sorry, didn't take a picture... too busy enjoying other dishes! 🤭). The noodle dish was delicious, and the prawns were fresh; the gravy was balanced and not salty.
This gave us a free dish of the special plum jelly dessert (shaped like a fish) and the Chinese New Year "sticky cake" (Nian Kao). The jelly had the right amount of plum tartness and was solid enough to hold its fish shape well. We found the Nian Kao a bit bland despite its pretty colours.
We also had the Congee, Chee Cheong Fun (vegetables), Siew Mai, Spinach and Chives Har Kow, Egg-white Fried Spring Roll, and Fried Rice with Pork Chop. All these dishes were up to their usual high and delicious standards. We also had the Pu-er tea (with limitless refills) and warm barley.
Highly recommended for a relaxing dining experience. 5🌟

The century egg congee was good. Also ordered steamed bean curd skin and pork and spinach dumplings; both were tasty. The garlic pork chop could be fried longer to achieve a golden-brown skin, and the fried radish lacked wok hei. Great service from Sera.

Excellent service from waitress Sera. Her excellent service made a wonderful dining experience for us. The food is very nice and yummy. Will definitely come back again.

Brought my grandma here for lunch on a weekday around 1pm. Ordered some dim sum, bao, chee cheong fun (skin and filling were amazing), vegetables, and both porridges. Everything was delicious; the porridge was a bit too watery for my liking, but its taste was on point! Staff were also attentive and informed us that we should eat the chee cheong fun while it’s hot. Great service 👍

"We always support Tim Ho Wan at Aperia Mall. The staff are consistently friendly and kind, and the food is delicious. Service is also impressively fast, which makes our visits very enjoyable.
The only downside is that we're unable to earn points with our Tim Ho Wan membership, which is a little disappointing.
We hope this can be improved in the future!"

Ordered the steamed pork patty & dried cuttlefish with rice; it was so bland. The patty was over-steamed and had only a soy sauce flavor. The plain white rice was dry and lacked oil from the steamed patty. The milk tea was not hot. A BBQ bun was complimentary. I was shown to a two-seat table that had the afternoon sun shining on my back through the glass panel. It was a bad experience. I won't go again.

Tim Ho Wan started as a small dim sum shop in Hong Kong in 2009. It quickly became famous after earning a Michelin star and was known as the world’s cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant. Now, it’s expanded to 13 countries, including Singapore.
The Singapore locations (9 as of 2025) are way less crowded than the original Hong Kong shops, which always have long lines. That’s a huge plus!
You’ll find all the classic dim sum dishes like the famous baked BBQ pork buns, har gow, siu mai, and shrimp rice rolls. There are also some fun Singapore-only items like chili crab buns, laksa wonton noodles, and coconut pudding.
