The food and drinks are standard. It’s a bit noisy and annoying that the staff keep shouting promotions non-stop. This totally spoils the cafe mood, making it feel like a marketplace. And there's no Wi-Fi for customer use. With this noisy environment and no Wi-Fi, I don't think they need all those seats; it makes you feel unwelcome to stay.

I bought a royal choco cake earlier and collected it after 5:30 PM. Upon collection, I also bought and paid for a slice of charlotte cake and a tuna tartare croissant. I was asked to choose a free drink, and all items were for takeout. After paying, the cashier asked me to wait for my order in front of the store. I saw her pass the croissant and drink to the employee who was packing the charlotte cake. When the employee passed the bag to me, I wasn't able to check the contents. Aside from being in a rush, I was carrying a lot of things and believed that everything was included.
When I got home, only the charlotte cake was inside the bag. Now, I'm trying to call the store, but nobody is answering.

Had a great experience today at the grand opening of this store. The staff were friendly and took the time to share the benefits of their membership program. It was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Aperia Mall.
The ambiance of the store is both beautiful and inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely a good place to calm your mind after a chaotic day.

Looking for a PB outlet to redeem a birthday voucher, we saw this one nearby. Little did we know they had just opened this outlet!
Again, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They accommodated our coffee request. Thank you!

The chocolate croissant has a very miserable amount of chocolate inside. Half of the croissant only contains this amount of chocolate filling. The other half is equally bad. Really not worth the price.

MISLEADING opening offer: It states '5 for $10 for all breads priced between $2.70 - $3.20'. It did not state or differentiate that it does not apply to PASTRIES on the top shelf, only to the BUNS on the bottom shelf. I was only told about this when it was my turn to pay at the cashier (after a very long & messy queue).
The cashier, closest to the kitchen, was quick to defend, insisting it was stated on the signage by the bread.
The signage by the bread is their regular '3 for xx' & '2 for xx'. Which part of the regular signage clarifies this term and condition of the opening promotion? None.
It was not stated on the Main Poster (see photo attached - it states 'Applicable to ALL BREADS PRICED $2.70 -$3.20')!!!

I've always liked the salads at Paris Baguette – simple, fresh, and fuss-free. With the new branch at Aperia just opened, I dropped by to **make** a GrabFood pick-up.
Even though it was the lunchtime rush, a lady who was busy restocking buns went out of her way to check on my order with the counter staff – clearly not her role, but she helped anyway. That kind of initiative and service deserves an A++! Totally unexpected, and very much appreciated.

Great place to grab a healthy meal! The outlet is brand new, nice, and clean. The staff display great customer service and make you feel at home. The shelves are well stocked with fresh bakes that are constantly replenished from a giant oven tray rack.
They are running some opening promotions now, including 5 breads for $10 and a free drink with any sandwich or salad ordered (until July 31). Definitely one of my go-to places now!
