Today, December 31, 2024, at 8:35 pm, I bought two glasses of water here. The young lady's service was very good. I know the night shift is very tiring, and that customers are still coming even when she's about to get off work, but her attitude was still very good. Tomorrow is the New Year. I wish you a Happy New Year. You are all great. Come on! 🥰

The staff member had a very bad attitude! I put the soaked water on the counter, and it was full of bubbles. I asked her to wipe it up, but she did so with a look of displeasure, and then put it on the table.

Bad experience with Koi at Aperia Mall, and this will be the last time I buy from here. Service was very rude, like she was on her period and I owed her money. Thanks for the bad attitude, and I will never visit again.

The staff had a poor service attitude. When the staff gave us the wrong information, instead of apologising, he put the blame on us and asserted that we should know best and that it wasn't our first time ordering from Koi. LOL.

Was served by the guy named Huat. Service is poor, and the drink he made was awful too. But I guess I cannot ask for much coming from such a bad attitude guy. Koi, please look into this outlet…
