I've been coming here many times since the end of 2021. I've been able to consistently maintain my dental health very well with good advice. My wisdom tooth extraction was very extensive, but the procedure went seamlessly. I'm very satisfied with Doc Martin's service. As a result, I've also brought my 4-year-old son for his first check-up. Doc Martin is very good at handling kids who fear visiting the dentist for their first time. It's also a bonus if you're a Star Wars and Lego fan, as the clinic is filled with a huge collection of Lego and Star Wars decor!

Avoid this dentist. I randomly chose this clinic when I first moved to Singapore and had Dr. Ngoi. She was great: professional, kind, gentle, and honest. Some time later, I returned and was assigned a male dentist. They didn't inform me that Dr. Ngoi had left; I later confirmed she had indeed departed. I didn't get this dentist's name; he could be the boss, but I'm not sure. This is where the bad experience began. In short, he is a typical cold-hearted, money-grabbing dentist who has absolutely no care for patients' health or well-being. He is in the job for all the wrong reasons. He tried to pressure me into getting implants, making them seem like a necessity, even though other dentists had told me I don't need implants at this stage at all. Then he asked where I got my Invisalign done. I could sense the anger in his voice that I hadn't had it done at their practice. I went to a specialist orthodontist and have no regrets. All in all, this dentist clearly saw my mouth as an ATM, wanting to extract as many teeth and as much cash from it as possible. It's time for a new dentist. I want a dentist who puts my health first. I would have absolutely no confidence in getting treatment or surgery from someone who doesn't prioritize my health, but rather, is focused on lining their own pocket. If you asked me what the good things about this practice were while pointing a gun to the back of my head, I would say the place is clean, professional, and the receptionists were friendly. But of course, that doesn't make up for the experience I had with the dentist there. I have since found where Dr. Ngoi works, and I travel there. It is much further away and a greater inconvenience for me, but I do it anyway because it's worth it for a dentist who is honest, ethical, and professional. I had a minor surgery with her too, and she did a good job. It was my first dental surgery, and I was very scared, but she put me at ease. Avoid this dentist like the plague, unless, of course, you think you'd be happy with an over-selling and unethical dentist.

All the staff were so friendly, and the implant treatment was perfect!!! From beginning to end, everything was in order. Every step of my treatment was clearly explained, and I was treated carefully. I found my lifetime dentist and nurses!!

Dr. Tan is an excellent dentist! He communicates with me every step of a procedure, making sure I am okay and not in too much pain. He is passionate about his work and always makes sure he does a good job for all my dental treatments. My mouth and teeth always feel super clean after every visit. The receptionists are polite, and registration is always fuss-free. Thank you for always making my dental visit a pleasant one.

Scaling and polishing. For years, I had to live with a small speck of glue on my front tooth ever since I removed my braces. I have had multiple cleanings done at other clinics, and nobody seemed to bother about it, so I assumed it was permanent. Except Dr. Martin today, who scaled it off. Random, but it shows.
