Your missions

Within our XtendedSOC Business Unit, a human-sized team, you will join the broader network of over a thousand cybersecurity experts.

Our Business Unit specializes in deploying SOC (Security Operations Center) services for our clients, using technologies such as XDR (eXtended Detection and Response), SOAR, and EDR.

Service Operation Tasks:

• Manage security alerts generated by Microsoft Defender detection tools.
• Qualify, analyze, and notify clients about potential security incidents.
• Conduct threat intelligence on client environments.
• Ensure the detection tools remain fully operational.
• Continuously improve detection quality for our clients.
• Guide client technical teams on implementing workarounds and fixes to ensure IT system security.
• Provide continuous threat monitoring, including software and hardware vulnerabilities.
• Conduct proactive prevention efforts with clients.
• Participate in and lead activity review committees with clients.

Service Development Tasks:

• Learn and manage XDR and EDR solutions (both administration and analyst use), primarily Microsoft Defender.
• Integrate XDR and EDR components according to the services sold to clients.
• Design and refine service processes and tools.

Your strengths and key skills:

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school or university in IT, information systems, or ideally, cybersecurity.
• You have experience working in a SOC (Security Operations Center).
• You are dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy working in a friendly team environment. You enjoy engaging with clients, even in crisis situations.
• You are organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in both English and French is essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with international clients and internal stakeholders, many of whom communicate primarily in French or English, across the Orange Cyberdefense network. This includes contributing to incident response and threat analysis for major French and global clients.
• You are creative and curious about IT and cybersecurity topics.
• You are eligible for Defense security clearance.
• Holding a Microsoft Defender certification such as SC-200 is a plus.
