The candidate will be part of the WD Integration Team to support integration enhancements and defect fixing requests.

Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.
Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct, Control-M job scheduling and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Requirements:

Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/ Software Development
Minimum 5 years solid experience in Workday Integration, Core Connectors, Workday Studio
Excellent English communication and presentation skills – both written and spoken.
Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detailed testing and documentation skills.
Fast learner and able to work independently, as well as a good team player.
