About the Role:

NTT DATA Singapore is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects within the banking domain. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and driving the delivery of secure, scalable, and quality applications. The successful candidate will be highly proactive, structured, and confident in managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Delivery Management

• Lead the technical delivery of complex IT projects including enhancements and new builds.

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate across multiple application teams and manage technical interdependencies.

• Ensure proper governance, communication, and escalation of risks/issues.

• Report delivery progress to Program/Project Manager with relevant documentation and dashboards.

2. Requirements & Solution Management

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and SMEs to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

• Contribute to impact analysis, effort estimation, and delivery planning during the design phase.

3. Design & Development Oversight

• Ensure solution architecture aligns with enterprise security, infrastructure, and compliance standards.

• Support development teams through effective oversight and alignment of deliverables.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and coding standards.

4. Testing & Implementation Management

• Partner with test and infra teams to plan and complete SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.

• Coordinate technical implementation activities including production cutovers and post-deployment support.

• Collaborate with GIS and infrastructure teams for security testing and issue remediation.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects (preferably banking or financial services).

• Solid understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams and external vendors.

• Excellent communication skills – assertive, structured, and confident in stakeholder-facing roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with AML systems, especially in transaction monitoring, is a plus.

• Familiarity with databases for analysis, troubleshooting, and design discussions.
