Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong technical skills to manage business requirements, support system releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, .NET, Linux, and scripting languages. Exposure to the banking or financial domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to design and deliver solutions.

• Estimate effort and contribute to planning and execution of system releases.

• Review test strategies and support test automation for regression testing.

• Prepare project updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

• Work independently and proactively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

• Support compliance and audit activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 6 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar technical role.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Strong in SQL and .NET

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux and Shell Scripting

• Familiarity with Java

• Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies

• Experience in banking or financial systems (Deposits, Payments, Loans, or Wealth)

• Exposure to Silverlake core banking systems is an added advantage
