Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site supervision on client's place or designated location.
• Manage, liaise and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors.
• Prepare report, establish day-to-day project schedules and ensure project progress is on track.
• Conduct project site inspection and attend to feedback.
• Prepare reports and support in handling and monitoring the progress of project.
• Ensure compliance to WSHA, safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.
• Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management of interior design project preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, use Microsoft office and issue a schedule of work.
• Positive attitude and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Prefer Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate holder
• Sound knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations
• Relevant safety certificates and qualifications will be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
