NTT DATA Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Lead for a 12-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SPM with other ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for SPM aligned to organizational objectives.

• Provide guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 5 years leading SPM implementations and 4 successful deployments.

• ServiceNow Certifications:

✅ Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM)

✅ Certified Application Developer (CAD)

✅ Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Strong technical expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
