G01 - ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Configure and customize core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, GRC)
• Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Develop and customize Service Portal (AngularJS, Bootstrap)
• Implement GRC modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, BCM
• Lead technical design, provide mentoring, and conduct code reviews
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain documentation

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
• Experience with App Engine Studio, Now Experience UI Builder, Table Builder
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, ITIL, and security model
• Familiarity with risk scoring models, dashboards, and automated controls

Qualifications:

• 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• 2+ years with App Engine
• Proven experience with GRC implementation
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred
• Agile experience and strong communication skills
