Senior Test Programme Manager – Banking Domain (Customer Management, Credit & Compliance)

We are looking for a seasoned Test Programme Manager to lead and oversee testing activities across critical banking applications in Customer Management, Credit Origination, and Compliance domains. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong leadership skills and deep testing experience in large-scale banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing delivery across multiple complex banking applications.

• Manage testing activities and performance of external vendor test service providers.

• Review and sign off on test strategies, plans, and artefacts from test vendors.

• Ensure alignment to test governance standards and quality metrics (SLA/KPIs).

• Act as the primary point of escalation for all testing-related issues.

• Drive coordination between application teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.

• Track and report testing health, progress, and transformation goals.

• Provide domain-specific input into test engineering initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10–15 years of test delivery experience, with 5+ years in a senior manager capacity.

• Proven expertise managing testing for banking applications, especially in Customer Management, Credit, or Compliance.

• Demonstrated success leading multi-vendor test service models in complex environments.

• Experience with Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps testing delivery.

• Proficient in test tools: HP ALM/QC, UFT/QTP, Tosca, Selenium, LoadRunner, JIRA, etc.

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural, virtual teams.
