Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to support large-scale initiatives in the Compliance Technology division for a leading global banking client. You will participate in end-to-end system implementation and integration for AI-driven platforms such as Machine Learning Suite (MLS), while managing technical enhancements, deployment pipelines, middleware interfaces, and production transitions.

This role requires a solid background in Big Data, NoSQL, Java, and scripting, along with cross-functional coordination and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery for MLS system implementation and integration
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and development teams for compliant solution designs
• Liaise with regional and group application teams to execute technical plans
• Set up deployment pipelines, middleware connectivity, servers, and databases
• Perform environment and capacity planning
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and recommend performance optimizations
• Assist in root cause analysis and production issue resolution
• Prepare and support SIT, UAT, mock runs, and deployment activities
• Manage external vendors and coordinate project change requests
• Maintain project documentation and manage knowledge sharing via SharePoint/Confluence

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, preferably in compliance, finance, or risk tech domains
• Proficient in Hadoop ecosystem, NoSQL/Big Data technologies
• Hands-on skills in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Java, Python, Spark, SQL
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence
• Ability to handle multiple streams, large datasets, and manage detailed deployments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, collaborative, and strong ownership mindset

Good to Have:

• 12+ years in application or process design
• Experience leading techno-functional roles in regulated environments
