We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PowerApps Technical to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements and translating them into IT solutions. They should be proficient in designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Design,develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and O365.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the developed solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development.
- Understand and adhere to the organization's governance and guidelines while designing solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into IT solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, O365, .Net, and Web development.
- Experience with data integration and working with various data sources.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a development team is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT development.
- At least 1 year of experience working in an enterprise organization.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with SharePoint and Azure services.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
