Job Title: Senior Java Production Support Engineer (L3) – Microservices & DevOps

Location: SGX Centre, Singapore

Client: A Leading Banking Institution

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable)

Job Description:

• Act as L3 support for business-critical banking applications.

• Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deploy permanent fixes.

• Collaborate with development teams, testers, and platform engineers to ensure smooth defect resolution.

• Support code changes, defect triage, testing coordination, and Agile ceremonies.

• Take ownership of production issues and work closely with L2, shared services, and business teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Java/JEE experience with at least 3 years in L3 production support.

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, MariaDB/Oracle, Apache Camel.

• Hands-on with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube.

• Proficient in Shell scripting, Linux, Splunk, JUnit, Mockito.

• Exposure to TeamSite or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

• Willingness to support critical releases and participate in 24x7 incident response if needed.
