🧠 Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in banking technology and compliance systems (AML/CFT) to lead a critical transformation program within a regulated financial environment.

This role will oversee end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives aligned with regulatory compliance goals, including vendor coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to deployment across multiple business units

• Lead project governance, stakeholder alignment, and communication at executive levels

• Deliver AML/CFT-related systems (e.g., transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, CDD)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors

• Drive risk management, change control, and resource planning across the portfolio

• Ensure alignment with local and international AML/CFT frameworks (FATF, OFAC, MAS)

🎯 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field

• 10–15 years of experience in Project Management within Banking or Financial Services

• Strong domain knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance technologies

• Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

• Track record managing large regulatory/technology programs and third-party vendors

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
