Senior Infrastructure & Network Program/Project Manager (Banking Domain) - Contract Role

12 months contract with NTT DATA Singapore .

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure and Network Project Manager to support a leading Banking and Financial Services organization.

This role involves leading and managing large-scale banking infrastructure projects — including data center migrations, enterprise network upgrades, and IT platform refreshes — ensuring project delivery is timely, within scope, within budget, and compliant with regulatory and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute data center, network, storage, and systems infrastructure projects within a regulated banking environment.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure all project documentation (status reports, project plans, meeting minutes) is consistent, detailed, and of a professional standard suitable for senior stakeholders and audit reviews.

• Lead senior stakeholder management by communicating clearly, confidently, and proactively with CIOs, Risk Teams, IT Infrastructure SMEs, users, and external vendors.

• Drive and monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasting, cost management, and P&L considerations.

• Conduct risk assessments, identify project issues early, and implement robust mitigation plans.

• Facilitate and manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring performance tracking and deliverables align with project goals.

• Ensure post-implementation support is properly transitioned into operational teams with complete documentation, troubleshooting, and training as required.

• Support corporate workplace-driven weekend change events and other production cutovers when necessary.

• Align project delivery with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure projects in banking or financial services.

• Strong experience managing data center builds, network refreshes, platform migrations, and storage upgrades.

• Solid technical understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, SDN, firewalls, routers, switches), servers, storage, and cloud-based technologies.

• Excellent command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI frameworks).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure and in highly regulated environments.

• High-quality documentation and presentation skills with strong attention to detail (consistent formatting, audience-appropriate terminology).

• Relevant certifications are preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or technical certifications like Cisco CCNP, Microsoft MCSE.

• Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow is highly advantageous.
