This role is within the Regulatory & Compliance technology function, focusing on PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) compliance initiatives and the protection of personally identifiable information across banking operations.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong PDPA compliance expertise in the banking sector. The role involves requirements gathering, process improvement, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure business processes and systems meet Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to PDPA regulations.
• Analyse data to identify trends and insights supporting compliance initiatives.
• Develop and optimise business processes to meet PDPA standards.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clarity in compliance requirements.
• Oversee solution implementation and conduct testing to validate compliance.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to PDPA compliance.
• Create detailed business requirements for systems/processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on PDPA-related processes.
• Continuously monitor and enhance processes for ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12–15 years of IT experience, including 8–10 years in complex enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, PII protection, and regulatory projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with compliance/governance frameworks.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
