Responsibilities:
Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support a variety of new and existing initiatives related to AML workflows.
1. Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation
2. Driving business discussions and managing the project scope
3. Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates
4. Support the project delivery phases especially during Analysis and design and test phases.
5. Ability to support the PM when required
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in Banking industry.
2. 7+ years of experience as an FBA working in technical delivery
3. Previous experience working on Workflow systems
4. Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivered projects, programs of large scale.
5. Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
6. Should have experience in AML, KYC, Compliance domain and data analytics.
Previous technical experience is beneficial
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
1. Working with users to understand requirements
2. Working with technical delivery teams to understand solution
3. Ability to capture and document user requirements and solutions
