We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated platforms. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop scalable solutions, and manage seamless system integrations to enhance customer service operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, driving innovation, and delivering customer-centric Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Implement case management workflows, refund processing, flight disruption handling, and live chat support for real-time customer service.
- Drive system integration projects using Boomi, ensuring efficient data flow across external systems.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, project managers, and technical architects to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives for automated customer communications.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
- Oversee system testing, deployment, and performance tuning activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and interns.
- Maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices across the Salesforce platform.
- Engage in regular client communications through collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, LWC, Salesforce Automation, and Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScriptand SQL.
- Experience working with CRM/CPQ systems, Salesforce Communities, and declarative tools.
- Previous projects with airline, automotive, and logistics clients
- Experience with ERP, SharePoint, and Outlook integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Required Certifications:
- Salesforce and Boomi related certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
