Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

· Support tender team with quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, contract and drawing review, and tender cost proposals. Attend relevant meetings.

· Support construction projects in estimation task

· Source and compare quotations and pricing

· Expect job rotation and experience of QS role in Estimation, Procurement and Project.

· Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in a QS role. Fresh graduates are welcome.

· Knowledge in Cubicost TAS software will be an advantage

· Proficient in cost estimation and sourcing

· Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
