Contract: 12-month renewable

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale API Banking initiatives for a leading bank in Singapore. This role involves driving multi-country API banking projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage API Banking projects across multiple countries in the region.

• Coordinate infrastructure setup, SIT/UAT testing phases, and client onboarding processes.

• Drive project governance, risk & issue management, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at project steering committees.

• Prepare project plans, reports, and deliverables in compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful API rollouts and commercialization.

✅ Technical/Domain Skills:

• API Banking / API Integration (must-have)

• Client Onboarding (Banking or FinTech)

• Project Governance and Risk Management

• Infrastructure Delivery (advantageous)

✅ Project Management Skills:

• Stakeholder Management (C-level exposure)

• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification (good to have)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or equivalent.

• 12+ years of Project Management experience, with strong exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.

• Prior experience in regional API Banking rollouts is highly preferred.
