M01 - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business/user requirements; translate into user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and QA for product delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owner on schedules, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze requirements to support testing, business process design, and change requests.
• Lead UAT planning, coordination, and acceptance.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for development processes.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement.
• For smaller projects, act as both Product Manager & Project Manager:
  Create status reports, proposals, manage backlogs, scope, RAID logs, and issue escalations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst in software development.
• Experience in web-based/business process systems.
• Strong communication, requirement gathering, and technical writing skills.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum/XP), Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq (preferred).
• Familiarity with UX design, BPM techniques, workshop facilitation (a plus).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, CBAP) preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
